A few days ago, the testing of the dock manned crane had successfully independently developed by Nucleon.

Dock arm crane is mainly composed of power system, control system, hydraulic system, lifting mechanism, slewing mechanism, operating mechanism, safety device and so on.

Dock jib crane is a manned maintenance crane that drives along the track with hydraulic power. The crane does not use the traditional motor + reducer drive form, but uses the engine's own power and full hydraulic drive. The lifting mechanism is composed of a lifting hydraulic cylinder, boom, manned platform, tie rod, etc. The vertical movement of the manned platform is achieved by the pitch of the arm; the rotating mechanism is composed of a rotating hydraulic cylinder, end beam connecting device, etc. The horizontal movement of the manned platform is realized; a hydraulic walking mechanism is provided on the end beam to drive the entire maintenance crane to run along the side track of the floating dock. The hydraulic system is driven by a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor to realize the functions of rotation, lifting and walking. The entire vehicle is controlled by the console on the manned platform, powered by the diesel engine, not restricted by the power supply, with a wide operating range and safe and reliable work.
