On November 3th, Nucleon conducted on-site review of  overhead crane and hoist projects and closed them successfully. Chen Jun, deputy general manager, Han Junfeng and Wang Tieshan, deputy chief engineers, Cui Peng, assistant of general manager, and the project team leaders participated in the review.In early 2015, based on the successful experience of the previous year, the production department voluntarily declared  overhead crane and hoist projects in workshop: the hoist workshop process optimization project, the machining workshop production line optimization project, and the reduction of product inventory items.In the following months, the teams carried out the implementation of overhead crane and hoist workshop process optimization projects as part of their daily work.     At the scene, the judges saw continuous significant results brought by the improvement: 7S management level, product quality and work efficiency have been greatly improved, the labor intensity of employees has been effectively reduced, and inventory of work in progress and waste of production materials have been greatly reduced.In the subsequent report, the judges gave a high evaluation and affirmation of the work by the  project team in past year. They also pointed out the deficiencies and room for improvement in the work,meanwhile,they made new work in the next stage and gave requirements and deployment. In the end, after two reviews of the site and the report, the WIP inventory reduction about overhead crane project was ranked first, and the process optimization project of the hoist workshop， the production line optimization project of the machining workshop were ranked second and third. 

   In 2015, after the efforts of new projects and five solidification projects, the total annual tangible income was about 9 million yuan, and the intanle income which is impossible to measure numerically. In the future, Nucleon will continue to advance various lean tasks, maintain and deepen the lean results, work together, continue to improve, and promote the rapid development of enterprises.
