Weekly maintenance and inspection, the contents of inspection and maintenance are as follows:

1) Check whether the nut, cotter pin and positioning plate on the brake are complete and loose, the lever and spring are not cracked, the pin bolt and buffer washer on the brake wheel are loose and complete; whether the brake is reliable. When the brake is opened, the opening of the brake pad should be less than 1.0mm and the gap between the two sides of the brake wheel should be equal, and each axle pin must not be stuck.

2) Check whether the safety protection switch and the limit switch are positioned accurately, work flexibly and reliably, especially whether the ascent limit is reliable.

3) Check whether the winding of the wire rope on the drum and the pulley is normal, whether there is grooving, stringing, knotting, twisting, etc., whether the bolt of the wire rope pressure plate is tightened, and whether there is a double nut anti-loosening device. 4) Check whether the tightening screws on the coupling sealing cover of the lifting mechanism are loose or short. 5) Check whether the transmission of each mechanism is normal and whether there is abnormal noise.

6) Check whether the lubrication condition of all lubrication parts is good.

7) Check whether there are foreign objects on the track that hinder the operation of the bridge crane.
