Electromagnet is designed to lift steel scraps and also can be installed on the excavator.
It is made of aluminum wire and the coil protection plate is made of highly rolled manganese plate.This series adopts the vacuum drying and glue filling method so as to enable the fine insulation performance.The Mica is used as the Heat barrier material.
The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.
Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.
