The workpiece can be quickly lifted from the furnace to the quench tank,requiring a corresponding rate of rapid decline(depending on the size of the workpiece,the length and the corresponding material,etc.) decreased,the processing length of 8m when more large barworkpieces,workpiece from lifting cranevertical pit furnace fast and smooth and accurate lifting to pit hardening pool,then quickly drop the workpiece into quenching tank for processing.Based on the special hardening process,the lifting mechanism can be set to achieve the rapid rate of decline,and can accurately stop in the faststate, no slip hookphenomenon.
All parts of the crane are manufactured in our factory, the installation, commissioning, and passed the hanging weight test. Then transport the whole or split by the customer request. We will give solution to clients or according the clients' requirements.
